eTouchBook™

... and the Touch User Interface (TUI) Technology

The Technology

The TUI technology enables a reader to press the pictures and words on the regular printed ink and paper page and retrieve digital content or launch communication applications like email, IM, and VOIP from a digital appliance like a computer. This technology, in essence, turns the printed material into a remote control to digital content.

The technology is based upon a sensor-based system that is housed where the cardboard in a hardback book resides.

We help publishing and printer partners expand the use and usability of the book in the digital age. We use our unique technologies to provide readers with an expanded digital experience that is natural and intuitive. Instead of typing in an address into the URL your reader simply presses the web-link and your website is retrieved. Simple access to additional material is available to expand an idea in the text or sell related products on the web from the printed page.

Tracking the usage of a book makes it a cash register to sell additional services, advertising, and products. Your book becomes a continuing point of sales to all the money-making possibilities of the digital world. Now every page can generate continuing after sales revenue.
